Day 17

Day 17. Well, there were a few "cheats" along the way, but for the most part, I stuck to my diet. I have NEVER actually gone on a diet before and it turns out, I don't care for it much.    

There is a light at the end of this tunnel and the good news??   Well, I did loose 8 pounds.    17 days, 8 pounds.   it could have been more, if I would have really stuck to my guns.   I also ate a few things i didn't realize I shouldn't have.   (peas and carrots, for instance- too many carbs)

I have learned how to curb my eating and not eat so much.  Volume control is a major issue for me.  I eat way more than i ever did and now it seems to be getting back to where it should be.  Hopefully, I can read on to section #2 in the book and continue on.   I feel success and smaller jeans in my future.
